In addition to counseling youth, she enjoys counseling individuals and couples in all stages of the lifespan and with a variety of afflictions. She has also been trained to provide cognitive behavioral therapy, which has proven effectiveness in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, problematic behaviors, and trauma responses.

She believes that relationships are often the cause of the deepest wounding, but also offer a chance for the greatest healing.
