The business office is staffed Monday-Thursday, 8:30am - 2:00pm (closed on Fridays). A monitored voice messaging system receives calls at all other times. The business offices closes on Fridays, weekends and all major holidays. Each therapist maintains his/her own scheduled appointment times, but therapist appointments are generally available between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with some additional evening hours.

Billing and Insurance
New Growth therapists are covered under a variety of insurance plans, and are providers for a number of managed care and employee assistance programs. As a convenience to our clients, we bill most insurance companies. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, and for any other portion of your bill not covered by insurance. Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
We require full payment for all private pay services at the time of the appointment. Upon request, arrangements can be made for a regular monthly payment plan. We do offer a 10% discount for cash paying clients who pay at the time of service.
